Returns & Refunds Policy

1. If you need to return your order

You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to request a return.
We can only accept pieces that have not been used and are returned in their original condition — including the pouch, box, and any other elements that came with them.

Personalized or engraved pieces are made specifically for you and therefore cannot be returned or canceled once production has begun.

2. How to proceed

If you’d like to return a piece, please write to hello@notareconcept.com and include your order number.
We’ll guide you through the process and share the return address.

For sustainability reasons, we ask that returns are made responsibly and using a tracked shipping method.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

3. If your order arrives with an issue

If your piece arrives damaged or with a defect, our team will personally handle the process and cover the costs associated with the return, following the instructions we’ll provide.
We may ask for a few photos to help us resolve the issue quickly.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your return and confirm its condition, we’ll process your refund within 14 calendar days.
The amount will be refunded using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defect or issue with the order.

5. Cancellations

If your order has not yet been shipped and does not include personalization, you can request a cancellation by writing to hello@notareconcept.com
Once the order has entered production or shipment, it can no longer be cancelled.
